COVID-19 Support Program - Now Ended

​This program has now ended.

We are currently finalising the COVID-19 Primary Care Vaccination Support Program - WAPHA and will provide an overview of the achievements and outcomes once all steps have been completed.

New initiatives are currently being implemented to assist our most vulnerable people to remain safe against COVID-19 infection and illness.
