WA Primary Health Alliance has partnered with Healthdirect Australia to support healthcare providers in Western Australia to deliver video consulting capability in a bid to help contain the rapid spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
What is Healthdirect Video Call and how does it work?
The Healthdirect Video Call platform provides a single, consistent entry point on the health service's website for all patients.
From here, patients enter an online waiting area for their appointment, reducing the need for administrative staff to generate a separate link, code or dial-in information for each patient.
Our staff have been trained to remotely assist healthcare providers to connect with and utilise the HealthDirect Video Call platform.
