Practice Assist provides advice and support to general practices to help enhance their sustainability and viability by freeing up practice owners, principals and managers to do what they do best – care for their patients. Our service is provided free-of-charge to all general practices across Western Australia.

Our Practice Assist Tool Kit provides a comprehensive range of materials to help improve all aspects of running a general practice. We also offer additional advice and support via email, phone or video call between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

We provide regular workshops and webinars on various aspects of practice management including utilising the Medicare Benefits Schedule, preparing for general practice accreditation, digital health options, the Practice Incentives Program and more.
